Congratulations on your HOF induction. You should have been inducted a long time ago. Finally Vince gives you the respect you deserve. What kind of skittles do you like better sour or regular. Have you tried the wild berry skittles. P.S. Have you tried snapple green tea? Thanks, Jack
JR, I know I am by no means the first but I really want to congratulate you on the HOF induction. I have never met you, not even at an autograph signing or anything but hearing you week after week tell the stories with the amazing passion you have makes me feel like I know you really well. You are a great storyteller but I believe more importantly, a great commentator. The time last year when you were not on RAW was truly not as good as it was before or has been since. Again, congratulations on a well deserved honor.

Hey JR just a few questions firstly congrats on getting into the HOF very well deserved! firstly while marc mero was in WWE
Hey JR, my question for you is why doesn't WWE ever acknowledge the existence of any other wrestling outlets i.e. TNA. I remember when this especially taboo when talking about WCW or any other promotion about a decade ago. That is, until WCW starting whooping up on WWE. I've just wondered why this was, and still is apparently, always so. I would love it if WWE at least acknowledged other promotions especially since we got The Alpha Male and Jeff Hardy back. Thanks JR, any answer is greatly appreciated.
just some random ideas for wwe from a die hard fan bring back jericho if he is willing a faction consisting of teddy hart harry smith nattie niedhart american fans would eat that up just think of how are friends to the north would feel oh canada have you seen petey williams from tna he is unreal i miss kurt angle wonder how you feel about that since you new the man thanks and god bless
JR, Looks like you went over very well at MIT. Congratulations. Looking forward to hearing how you felt it went over. I'm Irish and the concept of Beef Jerky is lost on me. What is it and how is it made? Thanks boss, Barry
WOW! JR I just got your BBQ sauce and jerky in the mail and it is absolutely fantastic. You are going to send me to the poor house from buying more. Good job. thank you
I was in attendance and thought Jim had good things to say. Wanted to hear a little more about the Macho Man though.
Hi JR. Are there any plans to release a multiple disc anthology of The Rock's best matches, feuds and promos? Something along the lines of the recent Hulk Hogan and Undertaker titles would be great! Secondly, as the WWE currently stands today; who do you regard as the 'best in the business'? In my opinion it has to be between Shawn Michaels, Triple H and Undertaker. PS: thanks for the blogs, they're very informative!
JR: Does the WWE have a non-discrimination policy? From what I hear, Orlando Jordan was dismissed due to his sexual orientation. Does the WWE immediately terminate if a wrestler comes out? I certainly hope not. Any information you could shed on this would be great. Thanks.
J.R., just a quick question, why is it that on the new releases of old WWF material it's okay to show the F on the old logo, but not the F on the attitude era logo, also some of the entrance music is changed on the WrestleMania box sets (Big Boss Man, Koko B. Ware, many others) ? Just curious.
I absolutely love watching wwe programming and enjoy your's and the kings commentating on monday nights. Now i have two questions for you pal. 1st if the rock was ever to return do you think it would be at a big event like wrestlemania (hopefully wrestlemania 23) or maybe monday night raw. I mean return to active ring duties not just promo work. My 2nd question is do you think andy kauffman deserves to be in the wwe hall of fame some day? Thanks and Catch you later pal.
Hey JR, did you see the crazy stuff that honky tonk man writes about you on his website, the way he 'translates' what you write in your blog. He says some pretty extreme stuff about the king. What is this guy's problem? your fan, Cid
I know you can't answer specific questions about this issue honestly (or you might get in trouble with your bosses), so I'll pose it more generally -- Do you think WWE wrestlers should be held to the same standard as other athletes when it comes to steroids? Or is it more permissible to take these drugs in "sports entertainment," more expected by the fans, even?
Hey JR, im hearing rumors that the WWE is trying to reach a contract agreement with Chris Jericho. Is this true? If it is, please do all in your power to sign him. JerichoHolic Forever!
Hey JR, I attended the MIT seminar yesterday and wanted to say thanks for taking the time out of your busy schedule to come and give the talk! I really enjoyed the stories, and hearing some of your insights on the industry.
Hello Jim, I just wanted to ask a question, do you think this years WrestleMania's storylines were a little late in the making, I mean Chris Benoit Vs M.V.P was only made 2 weeks ago, and to be honest there doesn't seem a great final card at WrestleMania. I'm sure that it will turn out fine but I really think the managers should have made better feuds. What's your thoughts?
Hello there, This has nothing to do with M.I.T....but I have been reading your blog the past few months, and this is the first time I really have wanted to ask you a question. I am 25 years old, I live in WWE's home state of CT, and I've watched WWE programming every week since 1988. The first match that turned my onto the sport was Jerry Lawler vs. Kerry Von Erich. I never looked back....Anyway, my question is this (and if you get to answer it, that would be fantastic...) I have been a subscriber to WWE 24/7 since the day it came to Comcast....In YOUR opinion, and to the best of your knowledge, will any GWF or USWA telecasts ever air? I remember coming home after 5th grade in 1992 and watching the broadcasts at 3pm with Eric Embry, a young Jeff Jarrett, the Ebony Express, John Tatum, Jeff Gaylord, Iceman Parsons, and Superstar Bill Dundee just to name a few. Any info would be appreciated. -Luke H. (Farmington, CT)
Hi JR You spoke a while back about trying to find business in the UK for your stock. What about ASDA, yes its a common supermarket here in the UK but i think its owned by the same people (or at least they have a partnership) as Wallmart. If not them, contacting any major UK supermarket would be a good idea as the UK is now realising how big the WWE is in the UK now. Sorry if this was a stupid suggestion, was just an idea PS - KANE FOR CHAMP 2007!
jr do you think carlito is a future wwe world champion i myself do and believe all it will take is a heel turn i see cena and dx above him in popularity what is your opinion i hold it in the highest regard thanks and god bless
Hi my name is Timothy Gould. I want to thank you very much for coming to MIT today I enjoyed your talk very much and got a lot of new insight about the wrestling industry I didn't previously know. I saw you sign a few pictures for someone after the talk I was tempted to ask if I could get one but I didn't want to be rude and hold you up. But I was in line to ask you a question but time did not permit me to ask it so I thought I would post it here. My question is what do you think of the new ECW Vince Mcmahon has brought "back"? I was never a big fan of the original ECW but its to my understanding that it was a more barberic environment than the current ECW. I don't find anything much different from the current ECW than Smackdown or Raw. I'd love to hear your thoughts and opinions on if it was right to take the original concept and make it into something different than the original also do you think it's a smart business idea on Vince Mcmahon's behalf?
Hey J.R., Update on the Beef Jerky. I left one bag of the Beef Jerky out on the kitchen counter top for a little while, when I returned to get some more I saw my Cats on the counter top trying to get into it! When they saw me coming, they scattered. I went to pick up the bag to get some more of the jerky out, there were teeth marks all over the bag! Maybe you should market the Beef Jerky "Good for your entire family, and your Cats will love it too!" lol Ben
Hey JR, I just tried the jerky and it is great! I would like to send you some of our favorite local jerky to hear your thoughts on it, is there any way to do that? I'm in Georgia and will be attending Backlash. Let me know we could meet up, I know that you will be busy, but I think that you would really like it, and it might give you some ideas on some additional flavors.
Hey J.R., I received the package today of your Beef Jerky. I had to open all the bags to try all the different flavors to do my own taste test. All the flavors are excellent and I could tell right away you use quality beef. I have to say my favorites are the Slobber Knocker Heat and Chipotle. If I had to pick one one it would have to be the Slobber Knocker Heat was the best. Ben
I attended the seminar today, and it was outstanding. I wasn't able to ask a question... I'm hoping you can answer it now. The "stigma" around wrestling came up quite a bit. Do you think it's good or bad for business? The simple logic is that more widespread acceptance leads to more fans, and thus more money. However, you could argue that the stigma gives wrestling a "niche" and creates a stronger, more dedicated fan base that spends more money (compared to other forms of entertainment). Curious to know your opinion. Also, I just wanted to say it was refreshing to hear your story and your perspective on things. Thanks!
Just curious if JR addressed Randy Savage at his MIT seminar today.
I'm posting this from the audience as you're speaking, J.R., and you're hands down one of the best storytellers we've had. Jeez. "That was the 70s..." brought down the house. Thanks for coming, Professor!
Hello J.R., goodluck with your MIT seminars. I want to thank you for answering my questions thus far and would like to apologize if I made you angry. I just wanted to know why Randy was losing on constant basis for what appeared to be for no reseaon at all. Anyway, Sorry, if I did, for they were not my intentions, nor was I wanting to know "dirt" - just an insight to why this was taking place when Randy is clearly a contender for the top, at least he should be, in my opinion. Thanks again; and just for questions sake, what do you think the chances of the lovely, first lady of the WWE, Miss Elizabeth, will be inducted into the Hall Of Fame next year?
Hey J.R. Did you ever work with the late geat Gordin Solie? I grew up in Florida in the late '60s and the 70s. What a great time to be a fan. Thanks, John wilkes
