We occasionally get shipping questions on orders placed here on line. We generally ship Federal Express Ground and if we do use Federal Express you will receive a tracking # to be able to track your order from Oklahoma to your door. We do not guarantee X day delivery because of matters beyond our control, such as the weather which grounded several Federal Express planes recently, but we do work diligently to get your orders out as quickly as possible. Most of our customers will vouch for the timeliness of getting their orders. Keep in mind that we are a three person, family operation and we do the best we can to provide outstanding customer service.
If you want to use our products for your Memorial Day weekend cookouts, I suggest that you order now and not wait until the week of the holiday.
For any orders outside the USA, please utilize http://www.wweshop.com as they carry all our products and are shipping them essentially all over the world. They can tell you where they do ship but I do know that they ship to the UK, Canada, Australia, and throughout Europe. If you need specific info please contact http://www.wweshop.com for more info. They are having issues keeping our products in stock but are reordering at a much faster pace. We thank you all for your support via WWEShop.
BTW...we do ship to APO addresses so we can ship to the members of the United States Military who especially love getting our Beef Jerky as it comes in a resealable, 2.5 ounce, plastic bag with a one year shelf life.
Unfortunate news regarding Brock Lesnar suffering from a return bout of diverticulitis and having to pull out of his much anticipated UFC #1 contender fight in June in Vancouver vs. Junior Dos Santos. Shane Carwin will now be facing Dos Santos with the winner earning a UFC Heavyweight Title opportunity against Cain Velásquez.
Brock battled diverticulitis once before and the gastrointestinal ailment is a devastating foe. I've had diverticulitis and ended up having approximately 13 inches of my large intestine surgically removed while residing in intensive care for several days after the surgery.
Diverticulitis is weak places in the wall of the colon that give away under pressure to form marble sized pouches that protrude through the colon wall. Mild cases of the ailment can be cured, as a rule, via rest, diet (little, red meat, no nuts or seeds, etc), and via the use of antibiotics.
If the above listed treatments are unsuccessful, surgery becomes a more likely option. At some point the body must be freed of the toxins, essentially poisons, that take over one's internal organs.
My personal experience was memorable as I had left Connecticut after an ambitious, rewarding run there for many years in WWE corporate but had not felt well in quite some time but simply felt as if it was being worn down and that I needed some time off. I was experiencing increasing pain in my abdomen but, again, ignored the warning signs and just chalked it up to self diagnosed 'ulcers' or perhaps stress especially considering that stress allegedly causes Bells palsy and, at the time, I had suffered from Bells twice.
I vividly remember driving home to Norman from Waco, Texas from Monday Night Raw after being given the news that I was being removed from my on air role on Raw at the end of the Spike TV run and just prior to WWE going back on Monday nights on the USA Network. My stomach ache worsened as I had to pull to the side of the road while being doubled over in pain but once again I just assumed it was the residual affects of having a bad day at the office. I know that I would never have been able to make the drive home if I hadn't been able to speak with my wife Jan via OnStar as she kept me focused and somewhat sane while I was attempting to handle a gambit of emotions and pain.
When I finally went to see a specialist in gastro issues I was diagnosed with diverticulitis and my large intestine had perforated and I was poisoning myself and had, according my my gastronologist, about 30 days to live or so it was told to me months after the surgery. Surgery was performed a few days later, the perforation was removed and the healthy tissue was reattached.
I got lucky and have a dandy scar on my gut to prove it. The Good Lord had other plans for me.
However, I was never a world class athlete as is Brock Lesnar nor was I earning a living inside the Octagon in a highly demanding physical and mental war of attrition.
Make no mistake that diverticulitis is a serious piece of business especially if it goes undetected or ignored as yours truly attempted to do for too long.
Brock Lesnar's greatest gift, and the same goes for us all, is his health. He can't be the husband, father, son, brother or friend that he desires to be if he loses his health or more importantly his life to this affliction.
There is a chance depending on how much damage the diverticulitis has done that Brock may have to have surgery to remove the 'bad stuff' but that's not a career ender especially for a man as driven and as gifted as Lesnar. Some pundits are saying that Brock's age will work against him and for the average guy that could well be true.
However, Brock Lesnar isn't the average guy. Trust me on this assessment. There's nothing 'average' about Brock Lesnar and when he does return to the Octagon it will be a massive story for the UFC and all MMA fans. It should also be duly noted that Lesnar will not come back for merely a pay day but instead will come back ready to resume his journey to regain the UFC Heavyweight Title.
Depending on what the medical personnel say, BTW Brock is seeing the world's best doctors at the Mayor Clinic, and what they suggest as treatment for Brock's issues, I fully expect the former NCAA and WWE Champion to return to the Octagon sometime in 2012. At least that is my personal wish for the gifted and amazing athlete who we were lucky to sign back in the day in WWE.
The 'Brock back to WWE rumors' have already started which is an eye roller in my opinion. Brock is a UFC fighter. Brock was born to be a UFC fighter. Brock will be a UFC fighter until he decides otherwise. If Lesnar, for some highly unlikely reason can't compete again in UFC, 'perhaps' he would entertain the thought of a one off, special appearance in WWE, like Wrestlemania but that well may be nothing more than wishful thinking on some folk's part and is, without question, nothing more than pure speculation.
This I do know....Brock Lesnar will NEVER return to a full time travel schedule for ANY job and that includes WWE.
Keep Lesnar in your thoughts and prayers and let's help him pull through these challenging times. I have no doubt in my mind, knowing Brock as well as I do, that he will come out of this predicament, reverse it, and pin his foe just as he's done his entire career.
MMA folks can now turn their attention to Shane Carwin taking this higher level fight on somewhat short notice even though Carwin had already been in training. Carwin's a beast who can be problematic for any heavyweight but Dos Santos has such great hands that Carwin, or anyone else, must have keen, striking defense to withstand what Dos Santos will bring. However, the powerful and bigger Carwin has the distinct edge in this one IF he can take Junior down and utilize debilitating devastation while controlling a talented, strike first fighter who also wants to be the next UFC Heavyweight Champion.
Carwin has been provided a helluva opportunity to earn a title shot but the bottom line of this unique situation is that whether it be Carwin, Dos Santos or a healthy Brock Lesnar, Cain Velásquez is going to be extremely hard to unseat.
