Don't be mislead by a previous blog. Some folks have amazing imaginations. I'm actually envious.
For the record ALL WWE talent and announcers will be front and center Monday night in Atlanta for the Draft. I have no idea what we will all be doing but all existing broadcast teams will be on hand. Who knows where everyone will land by night's end? I sure don't but like the suspense and surprises.
Remember that Raw starts one hour early and is a 3 hour tour....I mean broadcast. My "agent" is working on that hefty, free agent deal w/ FCW as we speak because that's what us "hefty free agents" do.

I liked Raw, very much. Triple H on Raw , Kane on Smackdown. It would be nice to see HHH & HBK together. Maybe Kane and Taker too. I am glad to hear that Steve Austin will be doing more movies, he is a good actor. Dwayne Johnson is a solid actor, also. With Melina on Smackdown, she can raise the bar. I like Michelle McCool and Gail Kim. Melina will give them a run for the gold. Maryse on Raw ?
I will wait, to see what happens. I send the Lord's blessings to one and all. I will be offline for a couple of days. See y'all (with a N.J.accent) soon. I have to go see family in my home town in New Jersey. I will miss PA. Tata for now.

I was at the draft last night and was pleasantly surprised. Heard all kinds of rumors during today and it didn't bother me that none of them were true. Was REALLY shocked that Raw got most of the pickings. And I was terribly distraught because I didn't get to see HBK and my main man Jericho is now on Smackdown. Ahhh well, such as life. I am hoping I can go to the Rumble next year. It will be quite the show like last night:D Hope you're doing well and it was great seeing you last night! I was about 10 rows back but I could still see you pretty good.

Jim I wanted to post here tonight to say I consider you a pillar in the wrestling industry and community. You have, will, and continue to set the bar as to what a consummate professional and announcer is. Of all the things I admire is your sincerity, respect for others, and ability to make amends with a fan base that is many times unforgiving. At the same time, you hold true to your thoughts and opinions never stating they are the end-all-be-all. Your commentary on broadcasts and even through your blog are straight-forward and ask of the fans to remember you reflect and speak on “sports entertainment” day in and day out. It is your job, but it is also your passion and with that comes an array of mannerism, attitudes, and it may not necessary agree with the masses. With that said, I have watched professional wrestling for 23 years and I am still feel privileged to listen to any show you are calling. I agree with your Undertaker vs Shawn Michaels statement, it was one of the best ever and this is coming from a man who witnessed WM 4 live and WM 18 live with Hogan vs Rock. For an avid fan, if that didn't rank as an all-time favorite, then they have missed the boat on what a quality match is or was. JR thanks for being JR, there will never be another like you.
Also, to the pinheads who keep bashing JR and disrespecting him because he doesn't always respond personally to your messages...
GET A LIFE, PLEASE!!!
JR already has one, ( a life I mean,) and a busy one at that I am sure. He has a BBQ business, a heavy travel schedule, and a lovely and understanding wife that I am sure he would much rather be spending time with than a keyboard. We should be appreciative of the fact that he gives us this public forum on HIS blog/site, instead of bitching and moaning because he can't give each of us "special one on one time."
Just wanted to say thanks JR for the sacrifices you do make for the sake of our entertainment. I know you love the business, and will continue entertaining us as long as you feel you can give your best, and for that, we should all applaud you! And if the nay sayers don't like it, they can polish it up real nice, etc....
So, from the bottom of my heart, and I'm sure I speak for millions of "rasslin" fans, we love you JR, and thanks!

Seems as if some in the internet community only take you seriously when you are joking, just so they can twist whatever you say around to cast you in as negative a light as possible. Of course, they seem to do that with everything and everybody.
On a seperate note, it was awesome to see Victoria at Wrestlemania. My niece has met Victoria and from all accounts, she is a definite class act. She, Ricky Steamboat and of course HBK/Taker were the absolute highlights of the evening. No offense meant to you, JR. Your commentary was awesome, and certainly enhanced the stories being told in the ring, without distracting from the action, which I think is exactly how you would want it.

JR I think it has less to do with active imaginations and more to do with lousy reading comprehension. It happens a lot on those sites.
Just think, you could end up drafted to a show that still has two announcers and not be needed for that. So maybe, just maybe you would get bumped to the towel boy in the Diva locker room. A dream job for any guy.
That was meant as a joke, then again, anything can happen in WWE.
JR no matter were you end up in the draft. You will do a great job as usual and bring your partner up as well. Thats what you do thats who you are. thank you.
