Start ShoppingNice to head back to Norman. Nashville is always a nice place to visit. Good food, Jack’s BBQ, and beverages, Tootsies.
ECW’s Jack Swagger is being coached up by Arn Anderson. Nice. The former OU star couldn’t have a better “tutor.”
ECW is really evolving nicely w/their one hour format.
Friday Night Smackdown featured a couple of strong multi-segment bouts, including Jeff Hardy vs THE Kendrick and an old school bout between HHH and MVP. Plus there was a major upset on the show and an obligatory Tennessee Titans’ QB Vince Young joke or two.
BTW I never censored South Carolina Gamecocks, but apparently either our webmaster or our filter system did. Happy so many of you noticed and took time out of your busy lives to respond on various sites. I plan on speaking to Ric Flair this week who is the Gamecock fan we were discussing.
After Charlie Haas’ over the top impression of yours truly on Raw Monday night, we had one of our biggest days ever of website sales. Even the occasional “bad joke” which entertains only a few has more far reaching positive affects as evidenced by “Jim Haas.”
Huge main event for next week’s Smackdown will be announced this Friday night. HUGE.
I will be in OKC Thursday and Tulsa on Friday doing media for the WWE for the upcoming MyNetwork move.
More soon. Thanks for your business. Keep us in mind for your holiday shopping.

Jack Swagger intrigues me plenty. He's big, looks to be a skilled wrestler (certainly not a "stiff"), and looks to be a natural heel. Interesting look too, even if it's just black boots and black trunks, there's something distinctive overall about him that I can't put my finger on. It wouldn't surprise me if he turns out to be a "player" as you like to put it, JR ;)
Looking forward to the HHH vs. Matt Hardy vs. Jericho matching on SD for the big TV move. This is a historic TV match and a great chance for Matt Hardy and HHH to (in)directly build up the HHH-Jeff Hardy match at No Mercy. Plus, I have long wanted to see Matt vs. HHH. Hopefully Matt will get some mic time prior to the match to address his brother-HHH Main Event at No Mercy. HHH referencing Matt several times last Friday could add feul to the fire (i.e. "Many believed Jeff was the better brother").
On a final (random) note, I really like Shad. I'm hoping he'll get a big singles push down the road. He could be billed as Tyson's former bodyguard and have a hell of a run, perhaps on ECW as either a face or heel. His wrestling skills are pretty good for a man his size. I like what he brings to the table. JTG has got potential too, but I see Shad as the one who has the ability to get to that upper-mid card tier, maybe even higher if the stars align themselves correctly. Can you imagine a tag team of Zeke and (heel) Shad? That'd be very intimidating to say the least. The Brian Kendrick would have himself two very strong "associates"
Hello J.R.
I noticed in your blog that you said that there was a Vince Young joke or two mentioned on the show.I find that very upsetting that the WWE would do something like that. Not that it's the first time they did something like this but why is it ok?He obviously needs help. Why is it ok to make fun of him and not what Ric Flair is going through?I mean it seems like there is a double standard when it comes to wrestlers with problems when compared to people outside of wrestling. What's the difference? These type of things need to stop being made fun of.These people are having a tough go of things and should not be made fun of.Please don't take this as a shot at you because it is not.I just felt that I should post this reply because people need to know that sometimes problems that people are having is not funny.Take Care.
