J.R.'s Family Bar-B-Q

The WWE has had a presence in the Macy’s Thanksgiving Day Parade in New York City on multiple occasions over the years. Take a look at this shot of ol J.R. on the right side of the photo wearing his trademark black, Resistol hat and a Nike OU Sooners jacket on a chilly “Turkey Day” in the Big Apple a few years ago. This day was especially fun for J.R. as he is a huge Soprano’s fan and met Jamie Lynn Seigler (Meadow Soprano) that day as she was riding on the next float in the annual parade attended by thousands and watched by millions on television. This was the day that NBC weatherman Al Roker introduced Jerry Lawler as Jerry “THE RING” Lawler. Needless to say, “The King” was taken out of his holiday mood when his name got butchered on national TV Maybe Al had too much eggnog that day.
