J.R.'s Family Bar-B-Q

Boy, what a hot day this was! Not only was the weather in New York City scorching but this was a great opportunity I received to promote “J.R.’s Cookbook” on Live with Regis and Kelly. I was indeed sweating Crisco that day as temps were near triple digits. Regis and Kelly had so much fun, as did yours truly, that we did two segments which was really cool. Notice Regis is wearing the Red cowboy hat while Kelly, who is really hot, went with the Good Ol J.R. black hat model. Regis, a devout Notre Dame Football fan, and yours truly talked college football during the commercial breaks and Regis loved my Mom’s pan fried potatoes with purple, sweet onions. Regis was a long time friend of WWE Hall of Famer Classy Freddie Blassie and has always been great to allow wrestlers on his show to promote a variety of projects and events. The folks at the Regis and Kelly show were amazed at how many fans turned out to watch our cooking demonstration. Wrestling fans, as Regis and Kelly have discovered, are the best and most loyal fans anywhere.
