Our “Black Beauty” smoker is where the magic is created at our restaurant. All our feature meats are slow smoked over indirect heat in hickory smoke. This monster can smoke over 100 slabs of ribs at one time! All of our delicious meats such as ribs, brisket, pulled pork, hot links, bologna, chicken and turkey will be smoked on site in this state of the art smoker by master smoker and meat expert, the legendary Dr. Timmy Smith.
