It was a sweltering day in the Big Apple my friend. I was sweating Crisco cooking for Regis and Kelly just outside the ABC Studios with hundreds of fans on hand. This was during the launch of our “J.R.’s Cookbook” which we have limited copies autographed for you on the site in our store. Regis and Kelly are class acts and I am a regular viewer. Regis was great friends with WWE Hall of Famer Freddie Blassie and Kelly is just TOO cute. Regis loved my pan fried spuds with onions and our grilled Salmon.
