Bar-B-Q › Hello, Mr. Ross! Big time rasslin' fan and (bigger?) food fan here. I've been doing a little kitchen chemistry with some of your products and have come up with some dandies, but this one was too good to keep to myself. I cooked up a pound of ground chuck and tossed in some chopped onions, bell peppers and garlic. Then I mixed two parts chipotle ketchup with one part hot BBQ sauce and just a smidge of mustard, and a little brown sugar. Then I mixed it all together and threw it on a toasted bun. I dubbed it "The Sloppy Jim". It was a slobber-knocker!
