I added these ingredients: •2 tablespoons red currant jelly •2 tablespoons tomato ketchup •2 tablespoons soy sauce •2 tablespoons honey •1 tablespoon dry English mustard •1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce They were good, but I really need pointers on cooking lamb. The coals were medium heat...do you cook lamb?

I'm not a lamb guy.....sorry. Thanks, though, for buying the best BBQ Sauces and Chipolte Ketchup to be found any where.
