Bar-B-Q › I ordered some sauce of yours. I hope it's a slobberknocker of a taste.
I recently made lambchops on the grill. I added these ingredients:
•2 tablespoons red currant jelly
•2 tablespoons tomato ketchup
•2 tablespoons soy sauce
•2 tablespoons honey
•1 tablespoon dry English mustard
•1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
They were good, but I really need pointers on cooking lamb. The coals were medium heat...do you cook lamb?
