JR, Love the Legends shows, I hope they freshen it up more but keep you and Michael Hayes on as mainstays just alternate the other 2 chairs or 3 if your hosting the show instead of Mean Gene. You both are priceless!!! ok so my questions for you are 1. What happened to the hot pepper sauce you used to see on the old WWE/WWF site when the BBQ first was sold. I loved that sauce. 2. What are your favorite seasonings or rub to use when you grill. Take Care Byron Ps next time your in NYC try Hill Country BBQ on 30th St it's awesome for ribs and moist brisket if you haven't yet I hope someday you open a JR's BBQ in NYC or NJ

The Roasted Pepper Sauce was made in conjunction with a Toronto based company and I have been unable to reach them to talk of obtaining our recipe so we might be able to sell it again some day. I like to use our rub on our BBQ products but always remember to not over season your food as you want to taste the smoked meat flavor and not predominately the seasonings.
