J.R., Please clarify something for me if you can. Can a "coach-in-waiting" pursue a head coaching opportunity elsewhere or does he have to stay at that particular school? I was under the impression he had to stay put or risk losing his "coach-in-waiting" designation if he left. Thank you.

As far as I know, the coach in waiting title doesn't not preclude said coach from exploring other jobs. I think the coach in waiting moniker is lame, for the record.
