Hello Mr. Ross, Mike from Pa. First off, thank you for entertaining me and my family for as long as I was alive. I recently was flipping through your cookbook, and I came across your Mickey Mantle plane ride story. I was wondering if you could tell us a story Mr. Mantle shared with you on the flight. Family Friendly of course:) Thank you again.

Unfortunately most of the stories "The Mick" shared with me were of the "R Rated" variety more suited for a happy hour with a bunch of buddies. He was so outgoing and friendly to me when he found out I was a fellow Oklahoman. I will say that he had a way with the ladies as he took a special interest in a lovely Southwest Airlines flight attendant wearing khaki shorts, not that I was paying any attention to her.
