Since we opened our BBQ joint I don't tailgate as much but one can't go wrong with ribs, BBQ'ed chicken, burgers, brats, and hot links. Of course the sides are important such as 'tater salad, macaroni salad, cole slaw notwithstanding ice cold beverages.
