Sports › To use the old cliché': Hello! Long time fan, first time caller (in this case, writer)!
Much has been said about Brock Lesnar's post fight actions or, as some people would have others believe, antics. My questions is this: do you think that people who have an "issue" with his actions are a little hypocritical, given that they (most likely anyway) are the same people who credited "Stone Cold" Steve Austin for revolutionizing professional wrestling for doing essentially the same thing? My personal opinion is that, when you're as much of a bad-a** as Brock Lesnar seems to be, you kind of have the right to stand in the middle of the ring that you call your workplace and home away from home and throw a couple of middle fingers up at the people who boo you. I consider him the greatest thing to happen to the UFC in quite some time. His larger-than-life "bad attitude" is going to prove to be a boon to the industry, just as he was a boon to the professional wrestling industry when he was a part of it.
BTW, not trying to join any "kiss my a**" clubs or anything, but I consider you to be the greatest wrestling commentator there ever was, second only to the great Gordon Solie!
