1 pkg. pork tenderloin (2 to pkg.)
1 med. onion, chopped
2 stalks celery, chopped
Garlic, chopped
2 tbsp. oil
2 tbsp. Lea & Perrin sauce
Salt & pepper to taste
1 c. water
Barbecue sauce
Any suggestions to make a stronger "q" taste?? thanks for any info.

J.R.'s Answer:
Simply use a good BBQ rub like ours and slow smoke it just like you would a brisket. Low and slow are the keys.
