Hi JR, I'm still interested in purchasing your cookbook. I'd rather do it via this site, mostly because its autographed, however it appears you can only select US locations for delivery? If I bought it from a reseller such as Ebay, Amazon etc would you still receive royalties? I feel guilty about visiting this site and not buying anything.
