I'm a Penn State football fan Joe Paterno is coaching at the age of 82. Do you plan on doing commentary at that age?

Wow...I truly hope that I am alive in and good health at age 82. I likely wouldn't be doing weekly TV but knowing me I would be doing something but having an 82 year old dude with Bells palsy and a southern drawl on TV ain't too likely. Radio sounds more like it and selling some BBQ, hopefully.

Hi Jim Ross! I've heard you say this line for years and have always wondered, what is an outer body experience?

That would be an out of body experience. It's a figure of speech in the way I use it for entertainment purposes.

Hi J.R, Is it true you wore a WWF golf shirt on the WWE premier of Raw? Thanks, again, m_w_d

Beats the heck out of me. I have no idea nor do I even know what my first appearance on Raw was. I do know that we dressed casually in the War Zone days. That was nice.

Hey JR. First off, as a Tulsa, Claremore to be precise, native (easy keep reading) and now a Tyndall, SD guy I would like to say go Sooners! My question is will the WWE ever revert back to its non PG roots? The edgy material kept older viewers interested in my view. But that is my opinion is suppose. Let me know. Thanks!

Doubtful that the PG trail will go cold and the content will revert back to edginess. PG is safer for family viewing, more advertiser friendly, and doesn't create as much negative publicity opportunities. That's must my opinion and is far from being any kind of official company statement.

One more day till WWE heads up to the one and only "Great White North". What are your thoughts on returning to Montreal for the PPV and IMMEDIATELY following up the Montreal PPV with a show in Toronto? For sure, the atmosphere for 24 hours will be HUGE. I wonder the reaction DX might get in Montreal and what reaction Jericho might get for the entire Canadian trip.

I have always enjoyed my trips to Montreal...the '97 Survivor Series being the exception. I don't know that we (Grisham and me) will be working in Toronto but heading to Hamilton works for me. I expect to have a good time in Quebec and in Ontario.

Hello, Jim Ross. I'm sorry if I disturbed you from your busy schedule but I had 2 questions. First of all, I have heard many and I mean MANY rumors of you going to TNA after your WWE contract expires. I just wanted to know if that was true. My second question is that do you prefer to be the announcer for RAW or Smackdown? RAW is more entertaining and Smackdown is complete wrestling and competition. Anyways, I really want to Thank You for taking the time to read my questions. Please respond if you can, Mr. Ross. Thank You very much and Have a good Day! Sincerely, yhr53WWE.

I'm not disturbed, at least I've never been diagnosed as such, and staying busy is a good thing. I have no plans on leaving WWE and hope that we will be able to negotiate a win-win deal for the company and for me in the near future. I hope to stay in WWE for the balance of my career but I'm also smart enough and honest enough to say that any thing can happen when negotiations take place. I do, however, remain optimistic that all will work out well and that I will be in WWE for years to come. Rumors are out there and that's all they are. more »
