Home › Football › Greetings, Jim Ross! First off, I want to thank you for an autograph you sent to me on an old WCW trading card way back in 1992. That meant a lot to a young fan like myself. My question is, do you believe Philip Fulmer deserved to be let go at the University of Tennessee? So many Vol fans, seemingly, were calling for his head, but I really think the school owed the man some loyalty. Even the greatest of coaches - Paterno, Bowden - have had bad years. My pleasure on the trading card signing. We live in a "what have you done for me lately" world and Coach Fulmer was a victim of the same. Sad but true. At least he had a great run and left the Vols with a bunch of cash and his dignity.
