You should make your Q & A section searchable, so people can find the questions they asked that you may have answered, or questions someone else may have asked so they do not waste your time repeating questions to you. There are currently over 200 pages of questions you've answered. Do you have any questions for the people who visit your site?

I have over 3M miles on American Airlines but currently Southwest Airlines may have the best frequent flayer plan in the industry. Check SW out. It's always nice for fans to suggest ways to make our site better, offers they would like to see in our store, suggestions for the packaging of products in our store as we need to grow that aspect of our business, etc.  I love recruiting season and hope that the Sooners can sign another top ten class in February 2009.
