Hi JR Hope all is well. With all the cuts that have happened over the past week or so, would you say its the fault of the superstars who have not performed well or the fault of creative who have failed to use them to thier full potential?

I have never adhered to the theory that "creative" causes a potentially great talent to be released. Is there a long list of names that have been released over the years that went elsewhere and became a star that had not already been a main eventer in the WWE? With top talent depth so shallow, I am a firm believer than great talents find a way to get themselves in a position to become a consistent main event wrestler. Every one can "miss" on a talent just as in the NFL, etc but usually the prime time players find a way to put themselves in prime time.
