J.R, If Brock Lesnar hadn't adruptly departed WWE in 2004 where do you think he'd be in terms of success today?. Dan

J.R.'s Answer:

In a word....HUGE.

Oklahoma Scooter Asks:

J.R, Do you see Taker and Shawn engaging in a string of matches against one another at any point beyond WM26, or will this be their final encounter?

J.R.'s Answer:

I'd say this is it. That's another reason I won't miss WM26.

J.R, Just read where Gorgeous George will get his long overdue spot in the Hall Of Fame if anyone deserves to be in it's him the man who paved the way for Austin,Flair,Hogan and the entire industry's TV success. Dan

J.R.'s Answer:

Agreed....many younger fans do not have a clue as to how important Gorgeous George was to the business as a whole and how many 1,000's of talents GG affected.

Personally I think HBK outfits are the coolest in WWE history. The chained jackets and cool leather pants were great. Now the only time he wears his cool outfits are at WM. Do you think Shawn should bring back some of his old gear??

J.R.'s Answer:

I really don't know. Some guys like to evolve and perhaps some might consider older ring attire as too retro.

Hello JR, Are you a supporter of wrestlers doing guest commentary on a match to build an angle? Who has surprised you in this role in the past and who did not come off as well as you thought they might?

J.R.'s Answer:

Yes I am but more wrestlers don't do as well as one wold think in that role. It's challenging for them and they have to speak in sound bytes and cut to the chase. Edge, Chris Jericho, and Christian are among a handful that have done well in that role.

Mr.OCBill Asks:

I think NXT is a good show but some of the pros especially the younger ones seem like they want the limelite more than the rookies, most of the rookies are better then the pros I think NXT should have more vetern pros hardy/jerico/regal are doing a good job but the younger pros just don't have the experience to help the rookies, I hope WWE used all veterns in the next installing of the show......Im partical to the vets and if they arn't going to use the older wrestlers on the show (i.e. finlay/henry etc) let them help the new talent.

J.R.'s Answer:

That's one way of looking at it but the show is about making stars and that includes enhancing the established stars that are involved too. The show has had what, 4 shows, so I think that it is still finding its legs.

I have a question, how does every one think you are going to TNA? and who started this rumor? well when it started it went of like a wild fire wouldnt you say?

J.R.'s Answer:

Beats me...I certainly didn't start it.

Have you thought about adding more snacks to your wonderful list of things we can eat? (I don't know how) but what about some JR potato chips! You know? little pieces of chips that looks like JR? We're still waiting on the announcement of new items that you've been talking about for several weeks, the suspense is killing me! I don't have a question since its real difficult to come up w/one that you haven't answered. Here's one... its stupid but still a question none the less... What would your website look like if you were no longer associated with the WWE (I know you will be involved for a long time but this is hypothetical) I noticed there are links for the WWE and things of that nature on here...

J.R.'s Answer:

We don't have any plans to add any new "snacks" to our inventory and if I weren't associated with WWE our site would still look basically the same.

JR, What was it like in 2000 when the opportunity arose to bring the Radicalz into WWE? Were you shocked that WCW was willing to just let them walk away?

J.R.'s Answer:

No shock...the taletns were looking at being used more efficiently and to work with a more stable company.

Hello J.R., Hope your doing well. I am a big fan and miss hearing you on Monday/Friday nights! I am glad to hear you will be returning to WWE and hope to hear/see you on TV soon! My question(s): What do you think the likelihood is of Paul Heyman returning to wrestling? I have wondered on several occasions if TNA tried to sign him? I cant help but feel that if they did have Heyman writing and managing their creative side, they'd be producing a superior product to their current offering. I think Heyman has infinitely more to offer in terms of creativity than Bishoff, Hogan or Russo. He offers something they dont: a)the proven ability to develop and produce stars from scratch and b)a vision that could distinguish them from, rather than poorly mimic the WWE. Despite Hogan's fame, I also feel Heyman would be more effective in front of the camera. I think he is great in the manager/gm role, and also not too bad doing cc. Im also curious if you think WWE would ever try to bring him back. It seemed like VKM was a big fan of his work at one point. Did the ECW experience change this? Thnaks alot!

J.R.'s Answer:

I thik that Paul Heyman seems to have moved on from wrestling to other things of interest to him. Paul is extremely talented and I have no idea if TNA has tried to hire him or not. I don't keep up with who TNA works with in that capacity. It comes a time for everyone to move on and seek other challenges and do other things that are of interest.
