Hi JR. I've watched WWE since the attitude era and can honestly say that the WWE is no where near as big, heart-stopping and unpredictable as it was back then. In you're opinion what could they do that could possibly propel the WWE back to that level of domination again? I pesonally think that having Smackdown live every week just like Raw would have a massive impact.
New stars...it's all about the players.
Hey JR, With Brodus Clay, Ryback and Lord Tensai all currently undefeated in WWE, Who do you think will suffer a loss first?
No clue...win-loss records in wrestling don't usually interest me. It's all about the performance.
what is your favorite moment in your wwe life???
WWE HOF induction in 2007
Do you want to see the wwe championship changed backed to its original setting or something different? Thank you jr miss you on raw!
Not really a belt guy but I like title belts that are more traditional.
Hey JR, hope all is well, first and foremost, of course. Is it true that Undertaker, Triple H and Shawn Michaels asked for you to commentate the HIAC on Wrestlemania 28? If so, how long before Wrestlemania started were you informed of your job at the PPV? Thank you!
It was Vince McMahon's call for me to work WM28 of which I'm grateful.
Hey JR! I've been watching FCW for a while and one of the wrestlers there just caught my eye. I've become a fan of Dean Ambrose's work and can't wait for him to jump to the main roster. Maybe you've talked about it on your blog and I missed it (I'm sorry if that's the case), but I'd like to know your thoughts on his work and his chances in the WWE. Thanks!
Ambrose has a viable shot. Kid has 'it.' hope he makes it.
Hey Jim,it goes without saying that im a huge fan but ive always wondered do you have the same sense of pride towards your work with regards to the Legends of Wrestling roundtable stuff compared to your work in the booth? For me, both bodies of work are superb. Thanks Jim, be lucky, stay healthy, always happy! Damien
Work is work no mater what one is doing. If it's worth doing, then do it right. That's how I was taught.
Hi JR, firstly just wanted to say I agree 100% with your recent blog comments on Michael Cole - his commentary these days has the perfect balance and I have been really impressed with how his on screen persona has developed really well. Between him and Josh Matthews, with William Regal on NXT, commentary is really strong at the moment. I also agree with you that people should wait and see how an angle plays out before criticising, as people are so quick to do these days, but I am interested to know your thoughts on the Cena v John Laurinaitis feud for Over The Limit. I'll admit I have not been a big fan of Cena in the ring but I had so much respect for him after that Extreme Rules beating - do you think that feuding with Johnny Ace may not make the most of that newfound respect that I think many people 'Cena Sucks' fans found for him after that night? As always, thanks for the blogs and Q&A - they are always invaluable reading for any wrestling fan. Also, I am reading The Stone Cold Truth at the moment and loving your input.
The RAW GM vs. Cena match is a novelty booking and cannot be compared to Cena vs Lesnar. Thanks.
hello again sir, i wanted to know ur opinion on a match between kurt angle (in his prime) vs tazz(in his prime) ... i remember seeing a couple of matches in the 90's ... who do you think would win ?? and who is a better technical wrestler ???
Friends w/ both but Angle's technical skills via extensive amateur background gives him the edge over virtually everyone.
Hey again, JR! I just wanted to clarify something. When I asked the question about the Hall of Fame envolving Undertaker and Randy Savage, I wasn't asking who deserves more to be inducted. That's a dumb, ignorant and ridiculous question, I would never ask it. I'm sorry if I lacked of clarity in my question, but with all due respect, you misunderstood me. Absolutely normal, no problem with it. what I want to know, from you personal opinion and knowledge from both the Macho Man and Undertaker's career, who should induct them? Of course, it's based from what you know. We, fans, know you can't guess and it's not your place to decide. I just want an opinion on which people would make more sense, to do the induction speech for Randy Savage and The Undertaker? Hope all is clear and well on that side. I'm sorry if I didn't explain myself in the best way, last time. Thanks for answering the questions!
Lanny Poffo for his brother and Vince McMahon for Undertaker, in my opinion.
