  • Hotty Toddy Asks: JR, as an amateur griller, do you have any no-nos when it comes to grilling hamburgers and hot dogs on a Weber grill?
    J.R.'s Answer:

My grilling no-no's include a dirty grill, inferior food products, cooking too hot, and the biggest of all might just be not paying attention.

  • m0tleyfan Asks: I see you're going to be on the Chris Jericho Cruise. Will I be able to buy your products on board the cruise?
    J.R.'s Answer:

We are hopeful of such and are working on that now.

  • ymatsumoto Asks: You ever try buffalo for your BBQ or diet? Buffalo is super lean and healthy, and taste great. I've used this to lose weight and lean-out with much success. I'll either grill some bison steaks or I'll get some ground bison and mix it with angel-hair pasta and brocolli, and then i'll top it off with a tad bit of marinara sauce.
    J.R.'s Answer:

I'm a fan of both bison burgers and turkey burgers and appreciate their taste and lean composition.  Thanks.

  • Mel Asks: For RV or Auto travelers. Carry a 1/2 inch paintbrush and JR's Ketchup with you. You can make anything from a Frito burrito to a quarter pounder taste better with little mess.☺️
    J.R.'s Answer:

    Great advice and thanks!!

  • jakefromstatefarm_116 Asks: I don't know about you JR, but would you agree that our American news media today is a total embarrassment? Walter Cronkite and Peter Jennings would be rolling in their graves in my opinion.
    J.R.'s Answer:

American politics and the news coverage of same is embarrassing.

  • breiley Asks: I'll keep plugging for your Chipotle Ketchup. A rack of ribs last night. Cooked in the oven at low temperature. Your ketchup was applied. Four hours in the oven, another heavy coating of your ketchup, then ultra high heat on the grill to get that good sear!!! The hardest part was flipping them over. The bones kept coming out. But the taste of perfectly cooked ribs with your ketchup was the best I've ever had. My stomach was very happy.
    J.R.'s Answer:

    Great feedback..thanks.!
